Pitchside

For academies and football communities

Run your academy from the touchline.

Pitchside is where your academy runs. Players say they're coming from their phone, every session comes off their package, renewals and new joiners land in your queue, and the admin that used to live in the group chat lives here instead. It started with the check-in, and it keeps growing with the academies on it.

See it

A minute with Pitchside, as a player and as a coach.

Real screens, not mock-ups: checking in, renewing, roll call, approvals and the page an academy shares.

How it works

Three taps between the group chat and a full session.

  1. 1

    Players check in

Check-in opens the day before and closes before kick-off; you set both. Players get a push when it opens and a nudge before it closes, then tap once.

  2. 2

    Sessions come off the package

Checking in uses one session. Withdraw before the window closes and it comes straight back. The player sees the balance move; so do you.

  3. 3

    You run roll call

At the pitch you have the count and the names. Mark no-shows absent and their session is refunded. Someone turned up unannounced? Add them as a walk-in.

What you get

Built from what a head coach actually does in a week.

Everything below is live today, running at academies with two branches and a few dozen players each. New pieces land as the academies on Pitchside ask for them.

  • Live headcount and limits

See who's coming and who hasn't answered. Soft limits warn you, hard limits stop check-ins at the cap.

  • Packages of any size

Ten sessions, twenty, or one for the player who pays per session. Every grant, use and refund is in the ledger.

  • Renewals without the chat

Players upload the transfer screenshot in the app. You approve in a tap, or renew on the spot for cash.

  • Reminders that do the chasing

Check-in open, closing soon, over the limit, the final count when the window shuts, and a nudge when a package runs low.

  • Roll call from the touchline

Mark no-shows absent and they get the session back. Add walk-ins on the day. Cancel a session and everyone is refunded.

  • Branches players choose

Weekly schedules per branch with a maps link. Players pick the branches they train at and only see, and get reminded about, those sessions.

  • Families on one account

A parent holds a seat for each child, each with its own package, check-ins and renewals. Reminders say which child they are about. No child logins.

  • Offers with a WhatsApp handoff

Publish your packages with prices if you want to. A player taps one and the conversation opens on WhatsApp with the offer named. Money stays with you.

  • A page you can share

Your public page: logo, timetable, join link, WhatsApp and your socials, laid out like a link in bio. Your name and logo on every screen inside.

Built to grow

One place for the whole academy, not just the session.

The check-in came first because it hurt most. Everything since follows the same rule: take the admin off the coach, leave the coaching alone.

Running today

  • Check-ins with live headcount and limits
  • Session packages, roll call and refunds
  • Renewals with transfer proof, or cash on the day
  • Push reminders that do the chasing
  • Families: one account, a seat for each child
  • Package offers with a WhatsApp handoff
  • A public page with timetable, join link and socials

On the way

  • Attendance history and no-show counts per player
  • Age groups and teams inside an academy
  • A month-by-month payments overview
  • Announcements to every player or one branch

Questions

The things every coach asks first.

Does Pitchside work on iPhone?
Yes. Players open the invite link in Safari and add Pitchside to their home screen, then it behaves like an app and gets reminders. On Android it works straight from Chrome.
Do players need to download anything from an app store?
No. Pitchside runs in the browser on any phone. The home-screen shortcut is optional, but it is what makes reminders work on iPhone.
What happens when a player checks in and then doesn't turn up?
The session stays used unless you decide otherwise. At roll call you mark them absent and the session goes back to their package, or you leave it consumed. The call is yours, every time.
Can a player pay for one session at a time?
Yes. A package can be any number of sessions, including one, with a validity you choose. The one-tap picks on the approve screen cover the common cases.
How do renewals work?
The player arranges payment with you and uploads the transfer screenshot in Pitchside. You approve it with a session count, or renew directly when someone pays cash. There are no card payments inside the app.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own weekly schedule and a maps link, and every session shows which branch it is at.
Can a parent manage their children's sessions?
Yes. One account can hold a seat for each child, with its own package, check-ins and reminders that say which child they are about. Children never need a login of their own.
Can I show my packages and prices?
If you want to. Publish your offers with a price and players see them on their package tab; tapping one opens WhatsApp with a message naming the offer. Academies that keep prices private publish nothing and nothing changes.
What does it cost?
Three flat plans by academy size, from AED 149 a month, every feature on every plan, and a 30-day free trial. See the pricing page for the details.
